I was with my sister at my mom's house after a night of listening to her calling out things in her sleep (she's on medication for panic attacks). She was on the couch, resting and I asked her if she had a hard time sleeping.  She told me she had a dream where she was running like a mouse in a maze trying to get to a place where she could rest. I asked her if her life was like that while she was raising her four children by herself after her husband died. She looked surprised that I had made that connection, but agreed. I asked her if she wanted to try something to see if it might help her, and she gave her permission.

We tapped on "Even though I went through my day like a mouse in a maze trying to get to a place where I could rest, I deeply and completely love and accept myself." Months later I asked her if she still had that dream. She said "that thing I did" helped, because she never had that dream again. I was surprised that she was so casual about it.

I have attended 3 of Deborah Lindsey's EFT Level 1 and Level 2 workshops.  I came to them already familiar with EFT but her classes took me to another level.  Her multi-faceted knowledge in the area of energy provides a well rounded approach and helps me use EFT to a much higher level.  Repeating the workshops has never truly been a "repeat" since she brings new material, new people and new experiences to each one.  Deborah is constantly learning and applying and is one of the most knowledgeable people I know in the energy work field.  Any chance I have to take one of her workshops is a blessing and a gift.
