Private Sessions As a trained EFT practitioner and national trainer, I have helped literally thousands of people with EFT. In my experience, I believe that EFT is among the most effective healing tools available on the planet today and I think everyone can benefit from this amazing technique. The great thing about it is that it espouses the old adage of "keep it simple!" Anyone can do it and it can easily be learned in a single session (or in a single weekend seminar if you want to help others). Better yet, it can be self-applied so once you know it, you can take it home with you. It is a tool that you can use to help yourself anywhere, anytime, for any reason. And the results are so fast that a single session can actually change your life. As they say, "this is not your father's therapy!" You no longer need to go see a therapist for years and years on end. You'll be amazed at how quickly things heal. Moreover this technique can be used for literally everything. Now that may sound crazy but once you understand how and why it works (which is something you learn in the certification training), it all makes sense and you wonder how you ever thought otherwise. So it doesn't matter if you are talking about depression or guilt or grief or overeating or headaches or dyslexia or arthritis or whatever, EFT can and does help. I personally believe that everything can be healed and I see that proven time and again with EFT. Private sessions are available both in person and over the phone.
