Thanks to Mystic Dragon Books, who once again, has proven themselves to be a true supporter of the Self-Health and Awareness Center and the metaphysical community in our area. Their role as a sponsor in the Self-Health and Awareness Expo is pivotal in that 100% of the funds they have invested will be used to get the word out about the expo, allowing people in the community to know about all the great stuff available to them here in our little corner of the world. Formerly Serenity Bookstore, Mystic Dragon has been under new management for almost two years now. New store owner and former store manager Judy McCale is the woman most likely to great you with a smile. Mystic Dragon is located downstairs from the Self-Health and Awareness Center and across the street from Scot's Landscaping at 6250 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, WV 26105. 

As the predominant metaphysical store in the area, they offer a wide selection of self-help books, including best sellers by Deepak Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Caroline Myss, Abraham-Hicks, Richard Bach, and more. The books also cover a wide range of belief systems including  Christianity, Buddhism, Sufi, Wicca, Hindu, Native American, and more, and cover a wide range of topics including after death experiences, UFOs, alternative healthcare, astrology, palmistry, ancestry, and more. They also offer a wonderful selection of candles, incense, crystals, angels, figurines, jewelry, CD's, cards, and the like, plus a wide selection of products for the community of people recovering from alcohol addiction.

You can also stop by and say a blessing at the omni-denominational alter. Your donation of one dollar goes to buy presents for needy kids during the winter holidays.

Its a great place to go and look around or just hang out and have a cup of coffee with Judy (she makes some good coffee!)
