At the Self-Health and Awareness Center, we integrate life coaching into every session we do. Another word for Life Coaching could easily be "Spiritual Coaching" as this is largely what we do. We help you to look at your life from a spiritual (not religious) perspective and help you to eliminate the blocks to happiness, perfect health, and success. Too often healing in this country is all about one part of you...the physical part, or the emotional part, the mental part, or the spiritual part. Here, we work to integrate all parts of your life into a whole so that you can see the real lessons being presented to you.

You can schedule a session just for coaching or integrate it within a healing session or a healing program.
