Workshop begins at 8 pm EST on Monday, January 16. Class goes for approximately 1 hour a week and requires a webcam and microphone. Graduates of the course will receive TWO certificates, for Level 1 (personal use) and Level 2 (professional use.)
Cost of the 12 week workshop is only $300 and counts as three credits at IMU.

Level 1 Certification Workshop
 Level 1, Beginners Training
Are you ready to delve into the exciting new world of "Energy Psychology?" If so, then the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is for you! EFT, which is often referred to as “energy tapping”, is a safe and popular energetic healing technique that stimulates acupressure points on the body to eliminate blockages that are causing or contributing to mental, emotional, or physical pain. By consciously tuning into a problem while tapping on specific acupressure points, the energetic blockage is corrected, allowing the body to heal.
This technique espouses that all pain is based on “a disruption in the body’s energy system.” When you eliminate that disruption, the body returns to normal and the symptoms go away, often on the spot. This technique, which was founded by Gary Craig, is being used by literally tens of thousands of people (including healers, counselors, life coaches, and laypersons) throughout the world. It is highly successful is healing anxiety, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, nail biting, PTSD, headaches, back pain, physical pain, addictions, and much more. It is also highly beneficial as a tool for performance enhancement and for eliminating blockages to creating happy, successful lives.

Level 2, Advanced Training
Expand your skills by attending this fun, invigorating, thought-provoking, and life-changing workshop! You will learn expanded techniques and new ideas about how to heal the body, mind, heart, and spirit using this amazing technique. We'll have lots of hands-on practice so bring ideas about what you’d like to work on!
Move from beginner to practitioner in just two-days of intensive training and practice. You will learn the "art of delivery" as you discover various techniques for applying EFT on both yourself and others.
You will learn the Tell-the-Story Technique, the Tearless Trauma Technique, the Chasing the Pain Technique, Touch and Breathe, Surrogate Tapping, Borrowing Benefits, and more. You will also learn muscle testing and how to apply EFT over the telephone. Much of Level 2 is experiential. As you learn each technique, you will experiment with it on yourself and others.
By the end of this 2-day intensive, you will know enough to use it in a knowledgeable and professional manner. It is common to see people go through major transformational experiences in the Level 2 workshop so don't be surprised if you leave a little different than when you came in.
By the end of the Level 2 training, you will be among the top 5% of the healers in the world! You will be able to help people who are "beyond help" and do it in minutes. You can readily help people with anxiety, depression, autoimmune disorders, PTSD, rape trauma, incest, phobias, grief, addictions, poverty, and so much more.
To qualify for the Level 2 training, you must have completed the Level 1 training or watched Gary Craig’s EFT Course in its entirety.
Level 3, Professional Practitioner
This Level 3 workshop is designed to further hone your skills as an advanced EFT professional. During this workshop we will learn: - The Anatomy of the Energy Body and how that relates to EFT
- Specific protocols and techniques for eliminating autoimmune disorders including arthritis and allergies
- Underlying allergies that contribute to alcoholism and how to correct them
- Physiological responses to anxiety, depression, and panic disorder and specific techniques to correct these conditions
- The four fears that underlie all phobias and how to use them to quickly eradicate phobias
- To integrate EFT with other complementary techniques
- To use breathing techniques for faster results
- To develop your intuitive abilities with EFT Integrating EFT with spiritual concepts to advance personal awakening and healing
Workshops are limited to 12 people to allow for optimal interaction including significant time for question and answers so that we can cover whatever you need to know about EFT.
About Your Instructor
This workshop is taught by Deborah Lindsey, founder and owner of the Self-Health and Awareness Center in Vienna, WV and President of the International Metaphysical University. She worked as a full-time professional healer for more than 8 years. She has trained hundreds of people over the past 6 years.
About Your Certification
Certification for these courses is through the International Metaphysical University. Each class also counts as 3 credits towards a degree at IMU.
